Status: in preparation. The matrix is a single-coder first pass (exploratory); no row is a canonical reading until it has been double-coded under the α policy. No DOI has been minted yet.

Reuse

Load the CSV or JSON with any tool; join constitutional units to Constitute by constitute_id and article, and to the Comparative Constitutions Project by systid. Every file validates against its schema in CI; a record that carries a normative claim fails the build.
